Soul Sync Mode is a digital platform and product owned and operated by Elite8AI, a brand and division operating under Chookolingo Enterprises LLC, an Iowa Limited Liability Company.

When this document refers to "we," "us," "our," "the Company," or "Soul Sync Mode," it refers collectively to Chookolingo Enterprises LLC, its DBA Zoom Tech Industries, and its Elite8AI brand division, all of which operate under the same Iowa LLC registration.

When this document refers to "you," "user," "visitor," or "member," it refers to any individual accessing soulsyncmode.com or any associated services.

Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all visitors and users of soulsyncmode.com and any Soul Sync Mode mobile or web applications. By using our platform, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

What We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Email address — collected when you submit the quiz, join the waitlist, or contact us. Used to deliver your reading, send mission updates, and communicate about the platform.
• Quiz responses — the answers you select during the Soul-Tech Archetype Quiz. Used to generate your personalized AI reading and determine your archetype. These are behavioral, not medical, in nature.
• Usage data — standard web analytics including pages visited, time on site, device type, and browser. Collected via Google Analytics (anonymized where possible). We do not track you across other websites.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message content when you contact us via our investor or contact forms. Used solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Cookies — see Cookie Policy below.

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect payment card numbers directly. PayPal processes all donations and payments under their own privacy policy.
• We do not collect government IDs, Social Security numbers, or financial account information.
• We do not collect health or medical data. Our platform provides self-inquiry tools, not medical or psychological treatment.
• We do not collect biometric data.
• We do not build advertising profiles or sell data to third parties.

How We Use Your Data

• To generate and deliver your personalized AI reading and archetype result
• To send your reading to your email address via Brevo (our email service provider)
• To send mission updates, platform launch announcements, and relevant communications (you may opt out at any time)
• To improve our quiz, platform, and AI models (aggregated, anonymized)
• To respond to investor and contact form inquiries
• To comply with legal obligations

Data Retention

We retain your email address and quiz responses for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications or until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing soulsyncmode@gmail.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

• Essential cookies — required for the website to function. Cannot be disabled.

AI Services & Third-Party Processors

Soul Sync Mode uses the following third-party services to operate. Each is bound by its own privacy policy and data processing agreement:

Anthropic (Claude AI)

Your quiz answers and archetype are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your personalized reading. Anthropic processes this data as a data processor on our behalf. Data sent to Anthropic includes your archetype name and your quiz answers — not your email address or identifying information. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy. We use Anthropic's API under their commercial terms, which include data processing provisions.

Brevo (Email Service Provider)

Your email address is stored and managed by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our email service provider. Brevo processes your data as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Brevo is GDPR-compliant. Their privacy policy is available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy. You may unsubscribe from all Brevo-delivered emails at any time.

Google Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. Google may process analytics data in accordance with their privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We have configured our Google Analytics account to not share data with Google for advertising purposes.

PayPal

Donations and payments are processed by PayPal directly. We do not receive or store your payment card information. PayPal's privacy policy governs all payment transactions. Available at paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full.

Hostinger / WordPress

Our website is hosted by Hostinger and built on WordPress. Standard server logs (IP addresses, access times, pages requested) may be retained by Hostinger for security and maintenance purposes in accordance with their privacy policy at hostinger.com/privacy-policy.

Important AI Disclaimer

Terms of Service

By accessing or using soulsyncmode.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

Permitted Use

Soul Sync Mode grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content, prompts, quiz questions, archetype system, or AI-generated readings without express written permission
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access our platform or extract data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI prompts, intake protocols, or system architecture
• Use our platform for commercial purposes without a written licensing agreement with Chookolingo Enterprises LLC
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through any form on our platform
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access areas of the platform you are not authorized to access
• Use our platform in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

User-Generated Content

If you submit any content to our platform (including contact form messages, feedback, or community contributions), you grant Chookolingo Enterprises LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services. You retain ownership of your content. We will not sell or license your personal content to third parties.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or is damaging to our platform, business, or reputation.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Community Standards (Future Platform)

When community features launch, users will be expected to engage with respect, integrity, and good faith. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, spam, and solicitation are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the platform.

Proprietary Assets

The following are proprietary assets of Chookolingo Enterprises LLC and are protected under applicable copyright, trade secret, and trademark law:

• Soul Sync Mode™ — platform name, brand identity, and associated visual assets
• Elite8AI™ — brand name and associated services
• Vishnu Mode™ — AI coaching system name and methodology
• The Karma Codex™ — book title, content, and narrative framework
• Soul-Tech Archetype System — the five-archetype framework (Mystic Coder, Shadow Alchemist, Frequency Architect, Digital Oracle, Dharma Seeker) and associated descriptions, gift profiles, and reading content
• Soul Blueprint™ — the personalized user intelligence profile concept and system
• The Soul Sync Intake Protocol — the proprietary sequence of questions, AI prompt architecture, reading structure, and ritual framework that powers personalized outputs
• All website design, code, copy, quiz questions, reading formats, prompt packs, and visual elements created for Soul Sync Mode
• All content in The Karma Codex manuscript, including all chapters, character names, narrative arc, and framework terminology

We take intellectual property seriously and respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. User Rights & Platform Protections

Your Data Belongs to You

We are stewards of your data, not owners of it. Your quiz responses, email address, and any reflections you submit are yours. We use them only to serve you and improve our platform. We will never sell them.

Opt-Out at Any Time

You may unsubscribe from all Soul Sync Mode communications at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email we send, or by emailing soulsyncmode@gmail.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. We will process your request within 10 business days.

Non-Discrimination

Soul Sync Mode does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes directly. If you have a concern, contact us at soulsyncmode@gmail.com and we will make good faith efforts to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Polk County, Iowa, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for IP infringement or data breach matters.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa for any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 9.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Chookolingo Enterprises LLC with respect to your use of Soul Sync Mode, superseding any prior agreements.
